• Bumble Towels is an e-commerce brand based out of Newtown, Pennsylvania. We sell direct to our consumers via multiple online platforms such as Bumbletowels.com, Amazon.com & Walmart.com.

Where are you towels made?
• Our linens are made in South Asia using the finest yarns and finishing materials available to ensure high quality with balanced pricing. Every product is thoughtfully designed and manufactured to add value to our customer’s everyday bath & kitchen towel needs.
How should I care for my towels?
•We advise washing your towels before the first use to remove any excess lint leftover from the manufacturing process. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and we advice against the use of fabric softeners which may reduce absorbency and may cause discoloration. Always wash your towels separately to avoid transfer of lint onto your garments.

What methods of payment do you accept?

What is the status of my order?
• Once an order is placed we reach out to you with a confirmation at the time of purchase and at the time of shipment. However, if you have any queries you can reach out to us using our chat widget or email us as help@bumbletowels.com.
What if I need to modify my order?
• Once an order is placed, our warehouse works swiftly to ensure a speedy delivery to your home. However, please contact us at help@bumbletowels.com and we will try to modify it before it ships out. If we are unable to modify it before it ships out, you can initiate a return once you receive your order

What is your return or exchange policy?
Our products can be returned or exchanged within 365 days, and we'll pay for the return shipping if you're in the US. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
• We currently use UPS, USPS, Fedex and Amazon fulfillment partners for our delivery.
How quickly will I receive my order?
• Orders placed before 2 PM EST generally ship the same business day, and all ground orders typically ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Once shipped, ground orders typically arrive 3-5 business days from the time they leave our warehouse
Where does Bumble Shop ship?
• As of right now, we only ship within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). Currently we do no ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
• We provide free domestic ground shipping for all orders within the USA
Can I get my order expedited?
• You can select express or overnight shipping at checkout for domestic orders. There is an extra charge for all orders that are expedited. Orders must be received before 10 AM EST to begin processing the same day it is placed. Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to expedite it.
